Description of the place
The Saja and Umm Al-Ramth Wildlife Reserve is located northwest of the Mahazat Al-Sayd Reserve in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. It covers an area of 6,528.2 square kilometers. It includes diverse vegetation and some endemic and rare mammals, birds, and reptiles. It was classified as a nature reserve in 1995, and has become since then A highly popular tourist destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
