Saluting Battery

It is an artillery battery in Valletta, Malta, built in the sixteenth century. It is also one of the most visited areas in Malta, where history comes alive. Set along Valletta's historic eastern walls, it enjoys stunning views of the neighboring fortified towns and Grand Harbour. It is characterized by the presence of huge cannons, buildings for preserving and storing gunpowder, a side arm cannon store, and others.
