Schlegeis Stausee

Schleges Lake is one of the 5 artificial lakes in the Zillertal Valley. The lake was formed by the 131-meter high dam, which is a hydroelectric power station and supplies the surrounding areas with the necessary energy. Near the lake there are a large number of walking paths and a hut dedicated to receiving tourists and locals alike. Either way, it has charming panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding area from the icebergs in the background, from which it is possible to take the best memorial photos, especially from the suspension bridge located there at the top.
