Selliner See

Lake Selliner is located in the southeast of the town of Sellin on the island of Rügen. The length of the lake is about 1.8 km and its width is 0.85 km. On its western bank are the nature reserves Neunchätter and Seliner. The lake is connected to the Gulf of Rogation via Baber Peak, which makes the water in the lake not salty, and hiking around The lake via the Altenshine mill to Moritzdorf, where you can cross the Baber Beck by ferry or canoe. In 2018, a new hiking area was created on the lake's northern shore.
