Servite Church
The consecrated church in Eger was built in the Baroque style in the 18th century, and its impressive tower was completed in 1754. Materials from a former Turkish mosque and madrasa were used in the construction. The church quarter is a popular place of pilgrimage, and only certain parts of the church building are accessible. For the public, it can be visited for free throughout the year, and due to its importance, this church hosts many religious events, such as weddings, masses, baptisms, and others.
