Seyhan Dam

The Seyhan Dam was built on the Seyhan River north of Adana with the aim of generating hydroelectric power, in the 1950s as the first in a series of hydroelectric projects financed by the World Bank. The dam was distinguished by its huge size compared to the rest of the city's dams, which was able to feed all areas in it. Today, the dam is considered one of the most important natural tourism areas in the city, which provides the most beautiful natural views of it.
