Slovene Ethnographic Museum

The Slovenian Ethnographic Museum is a museum “about the people, for the people”; It is a museum of cultural identities, and a link between the past and the present, between traditional and modern culture, and between the natural environment and civilization. It is a museum of dialogue and this museum is active and dedicated to serving the public. The report presents traditional culture as well as folk and pop culture in Slovenia and in non-European cultures, highlighting the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of everyday life and holidays.
