Soganli Valley

Sunli Valley is located in Yesilhisar district of Kayseri province in the southeastern part of the Cappadocia region, and contains many rock churches and other buildings carved from soft sandstone. ninth to thirteenth centuries AD, and they are responsible for about a hundred churches that were found in the valley, along with houses and porticoes with connected rock-cuts, most of which were buried, destroyed, or used as stables.
