St. John's Co-Cathedral
St. John's Cathedral is a jewel of Baroque art and architecture. It was built as the abbey church of the Knights of St. John between 1573 and 1577. This cathedral contains two of Caravaggio's masterpieces, and is to this day an important historical shrine, a place of sacred worship, and cultural events. St. John's Church is managed by a foundation responsible for the religious cultural heritage of the memorial.
