St Nicolas Church

This charming church is located among the old houses behind the Stock Exchange and is one of the oldest churches in the city of Brussels. The church dates back more than 1000 years, but very little remains of the original building. The 14th-century Gothic facade covers the lines of the original Romanesque façade. It dates back to the eleventh century in the heart of the Middle Ages, and the church has a tall bell tower that served as the city's watchtower, and it is a wonderful place to visit and see the deep history that this church has gone through.
