Sukhoi Restaurant focuses in its dishes on East Asian cuisine and on discovering the various flavors and placing them in dishes that have a great taste, as pillars of excellence in service and quality of products. This restaurant, located in Hidalgo, came to change the style of the restaurant and the local taste, which relies in particular on strong flavors. The design of the restaurant was also based on the Asian style, so wood was used abundantly in covering the walls, and the focus was on dim lighting directed only towards the dining tables.
