Sultan's Armed Forces Museum

The Sultan's Armed Forces Museum is located in the Bait Al Falaj area - Darsait of the Wilayat of Muttrah in the Muscat Governorate, and it is approximately 29 km from Muscat International Airport, as the museum is located in Bait Al Falaj Castle, and Bait Al Falaj Castle is located in its majestic shape at the far northern end of Wadi Ruwi It is an area surrounded by lofty mountains, with difficult paths, of a square-shaped building surmounted by two towers. The museum includes an important collection of exhibits that tell about the luminous military aspects of the glorious Omani history for different stages from pre-Islam to contemporary history. These exhibits include traditional weapons, modern weapons, and some documents and manuscripts. Many exhibitions have been established inside the museum that present a historical journey of the Omani Armed Forces through history.
