Tabán Art Cinema

The Taban Art Cinema was the first motion picture theater on the Buda side, founded by Manó Pécsi in the first decade of the last century and to this day it remains the only art cinema on this side of the Danube; Before it got its current name in 1990, it was called Ballotta, Cristina, and Diadel, but the name was not the only thing that changed over the years. In 2014, the cinema underwent a series of renovations, as the entire interior cabin was renovated and the latest digital and audio system was added to it.
