Temple Of Literature

The Temple of Literature is a very distinctive historical landmark in the city of Hanoi. It was first built as a Confucian temple in 1070 AD, and then became the first Vietnamese university. It served as a university under the name of Quoc Tu Giam for more than 700 years. Featuring ponds, gardens, and courtyards, this temple is a peaceful haven in the heart of Hanoi.
