The Captain's Restaurant

Located on the beach of Valtos, Captain Restaurant offers its customers the opportunity to view the Venetian Castle of Parga to the east and the Byzantine Monastery of Vlacherna to the west against the backdrop of the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea while enjoying your meal or coffee on the outdoor terrace. This restaurant was opened in 1967 when it started operating as a "cook house". At that time there was no tourism in the area and the Captain was the only restaurant in Valtos Beach, and has been serving fresh seafood and Greek, Mediterranean and European delicacies ever since.
