The Film Museum
The Film Museum in Łódź is the only museum in Poland that preserves cinematic art and culture. It is located in a building equipped with projection equipment of the latest generation cinema with a theater capacity of about 70 seats. The museum includes rich archives of the creators of Polish cinema art (Andrzej Monk, Jan Rybkowski, Alexander Ford, Jerzy Zernick, Jerzy Toplitz) donated by their heirs to the museum. The museum also includes tens of thousands of Polish and foreign films from different periods of cinema history, as well as films that show Polish history.
