The Jerusalem Botanical Gardens

The Jerusalem Botanical Gardens is a natural gem in the heart of Jerusalem. It serves as a center for education and research, and contains a variety of plants from all over the world that are presented geographically. It is also a destination for tourism, entertainment and cultural events. The Jerusalem Botanical Gardens covers an area of about 30 acres, which contains more than 6,000 species and types of plants from all over the world, which are displayed in 6 geographical botanical sections, and they are; South Africa, Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia and Central Mediterranean. The sections mimic the natural landscapes of these areas and so there is always something in bloom at the Jerusalem Botanic Gardens.
