The Piedicastello Tunnel

unique museum in Italy that differs from the well-known traditional museums. It is located inside tunnels called "Pedicastello Tunnels", as two former highway tunnels in Trento have been converted into a historical museum that provides a cultural space aimed at enhancing awareness of Italian history and raising various questions about it. The museum is particularly focused on the history of Trentino, the ways of living of its inhabitants and the reasons for its independence. The museum also provides a dedicated space in which many meetings, conferences and temporary exhibitions are held, which display many paintings, drawings, photos, sculptures and various models.
