The Roman Water Temple is a semi-circular structure built during the reign of the Roman Emperor Hadrian. It is a distinctive monument to the source of the mountain and the spring that supplied the city of Carthage with water. It consists of an ancient fountain surrounded by arched outlets that framed 12 statues depicting the months of the year. It is thus one of the shrines. historical attraction of many tourists.
