Thirumohoor Shri Kalameghaperumal Temple

Thirumukur Shri Kalamikapurmal is a Hindu temple located near Madurai district in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu, dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. The temple is distinguished by its contemporary architectural design, which combines the Dravidian style with Hindu architecture, in a beautiful and unique combination in the country. The temple is surrounded by a granite wall surrounding all its shrines and three bodies of water. It consists of five floors, the temple gate tower and a huge reservoir that feeds the primary water pools in the temple. Six daily rituals and three distinct annual festivals are held here, to which visitors come from all over the world.
