Description of the place
An amazing zoo in the heart of Trivandrum, and it is one of the oldest zoos in India, as it was established in 1857. It was renovated in 1995. The zoo includes about 82 species of animals that were brought from different regions around the world, including the black-tailed macaque , Nilgiri Langur, Indian Rhinoceros, Asiatic Lion, Royal Bengal Tiger, White Leopard, Asian Elephants, Giraffes, Hippos, and Zebras. There is also a snake farm and a reptile house. In addition to all that, the park is also rich in scenic landscapes, where you will find many types of trees and plants, and you will find many places to sit and take a walk.
