Thrissur Zoo & Museum

vast zoo that extends over an area of 13.5 acres or the equivalent of 5.5 hectares, and it is a historical park that was opened at the end of the nineteenth century, specifically in the year 1885, and it is one of the oldest zoos in India, and home to a large group of carnivores, reptiles and birds. The zoo complex includes a museum of natural history and an art museum showcasing the social and cultural heritage of the region.
