Titiopolis Antique City

The ancient city of Titiopolis is one of the oldest historical spots that characterize the city of Mersin, and indeed Turkey in general. It is an ancient Roman city, showing traces of temples, churches, inns, war castles and strongholds that were the first military haven. Perhaps one of the most important things that add to these archaeological remains is the distinctive inscriptions and decorations that you will find difficult to see anywhere else.
