Turkish & Islamic Art Museum
The Turkish-Islamic Arts Museum building, which hosted the Bursa Archeology Museum, was opened between 1930-1972 and has been a public museum for visitors as the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts since 1975. Today, many important works, tiles and ceramics from the Seljuk and Ottoman periods from the thirteenth to the twentieth century are on display in the museum, woodwork, examples of Turkish metal art and other metalwork, Ottoman coins, handicrafts and traditional Turkish clothing.
