Uchisar Castle

The largest and most beautiful castle you can see in Cappadocia, there are many carved cubes, carved tombs and large cisterns at the top of the castle. There are many rooms, houses, shelters, warehouses, cisterns, tombs and large stone blocks that were used for defensive purposes against attackers. Uchisar Castle, used as a watchtower and defense fort, was also important during the Seljuks. It is known as Uchisar because of its location on the eastern border of the Seljuks, and the western border of Kadı Burhanettin.
