The Umbrella Sky Project or the Sky Umbrella Project began in 2011 AD as part of the famous annual Ágitagueda Festival that takes place during the summer months in July, August and September, when the city streets are decorated with many colorful umbrellas that help cool the roads in an innovative, effective and attractive way for tourists.
