Vienna City Hall

Built in the neo-Gothic style, this impressive town hall is full of detail but not overly so as typical Gothic buildings. It is a very huge building that occupies an area of 14,000 square meters, and is considered one of the most important tourist attractions in the city. This magnificent edifice was built in 1883 AD and is known in particular for its tower, which rises 98 meters above the ground. In this building there is a covered courtyard, the seventh largest of its kind in the world, and this courtyard is used for summer celebrations.
