Description of the place
This magnificent monument is a tribute to the famous Russian poet, actor, playwright and screenwriter Vladimir Visotsky, who was staying in Podgorica while working on a film for the former Titograd TV station. He expressed his love for Montenegro in his poem "For Montenegro" This is the only memorial to him outside the borders of the former Soviet Union.
