Description of the place
Wat Khao Tham (Mountain Cave Centre) was developed by Mai Chai Imron Poon, a Thai Buddhist nun for over 50 years who has provided a place for international travelers to practice Buddhist meditation. The nun asked Australian couple Steve and Rose Marie Weissman for a long-term commitment. To help teach a number of foreign travelers who passed to this place to take care of meditation and taking Buddhist teachings.
