Description of the place
Wat Phra That Nong Bua Temple is one of the most famous temples and religious shrines in the city. The "Sri Maha Pho Chedi" was built in 1956 AD, in honor of the 2,500th anniversary of the Buddhist religion. It is also characterized by intricate golden details, elaborate statues, and small towers; In addition, it includes an ancient stupa with a width of 5 meters and a height of 55 meters.
