Description of the place
Wilton Country House was designed by architect Inigo Jones in 1653, and it is an architectural masterpiece designed in the wonderful Baroque style. enclosed in its walls, along with its large rooms to be explored, especially the huge “Double Cube Room” decorated with gilded decorations, paintings and portraits of Charles I, Queen Henrietta Maria and their three children, and the “Single Cube Room” with a ceiling decorated with scenes by Sir Philip Arcades .
