Women's church
The Women's Church is considered one of the most important landmarks of the Swiss city of Zurich. It was founded in the year 853 by King Louis of Germany. This church was inhabited by members of the aristocracy in Europe with its monastery. It is located in the old town and has a tower covered with copper and stained glass. Designed by Marc Chagall, and until the thirteenth century, the monastery enjoyed the patronage of kings, then its ownership was transferred to the city of Zurich.
