Ahi Evren Dede Mosque

The history of the Ahi Evren Didi Mosque dates back to the reign of Sultan Orhan, who built the Ahi Evren hostel for the dervishes, which today has been transformed into a historic mosque that bears witness to the history of the city. The mosque is characterized by an oriental design that shows ornate domes and minarets, columns with golden crowns, and arched ceilings. Today, the mosque is visited by the people and residents of the city of Trabzon, to perform prayers and religious rituals.
