Anatomy Museum
The Anatomy Museum is the permanent exhibition of the Institute of Anatomy in Budapest. The museum's visitors are mainly students of Semmelweis University, but a large number of people from outside the university also visit to see it, as visitors have the opportunity to learn about a specimen such as vein preparations, deformed fetuses, or part of a skull collection that were all made decades ago. For decades, the museum has displayed the skull of the famous Hungarian highwayman, Sándor Rózsa, as well as a female wax figure illustrating the body's detailed lymphatic circulation.
