historic building on Boulcott Street in Wellington. The house was built for Robert Hannah, an Irish immigrant from County Antrim, in 1905. The historic house is a fine example of Italianate styles. It has been designated as a Category I Place of Historic Interest or Heritage by the Historic Places Authority. New Zealand.
