Aspire Tower
The Aspire Tower, also known as The Torch Doha, is a 318-meter-high hotel and skyscraper located in the Aspire Zone complex in Doha. It was designed by the Arab architect Hadi Samaan, to serve as a focal point for the fifteenth Asian Games hosted by Qatar in December 2006. The tower was built in a period not exceeding 15 months. The tower takes the shape of a twisted flame, and LED lights have been installed throughout the exterior facades to create user-defined effects of different colours.
