The Taisiya Reserve, also known as the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Nature Reserve, covers an area of 91,500 square kilometers and was established to preserve the natural ecosystem and biodiversity of the Suman Plateau region in northeastern Saudi Arabia, as well as to restore endangered species of animals, such as Houbara bustards, reem gazelles, ostriches, Arabian oryx, and others. It is considered a unique rural area surrounded by picturesque sandy valleys, and offers a large number of cultural attractions that can be developed into tourism products.
