Bach Ma Temple

Bac Ma Temple is believed to be the oldest temple in Hanoi. This Buddhist temple was originally built in the 9th century by King Ly Thai To in honor of Bach Ma. The temple can be entered through the old wooden doors. To see the beautiful interiors and red painted decorations, there is also a statue of a white horse inside, a shrine to Confucius and a Phoenician altar, and the temple is intended for worshipers who come to burn incense and pray, and it is a small temple that is easily accessible and provides the opportunity to see the locals practicing their beliefs.
