Description of the place
The Bolsa Palace is located in the historical center of Porto, and it constitutes a national monument in northern Portugal. It has been classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It was built by the Porto Trade Union on the ruins of the Monastery of St. Francis. It is characterized by its stunning neoclassical architecture. It has become the most famous A site for receiving important dignitaries in the city, including kings, presidents and ministers from almost every country, making this building the most visited monument in the north of the country.
