CAMeC Modern and Contemporary Art Center

The Center for Modern and Contemporary Art (CAMeC) is located in La Spezia, a few steps from the historic city centre. The museum is housed in a historic building dating back to the early 20th century. The museum houses the complete collection of Cozzani's works, which consists of 1,157 pieces of donated works It was done by Giorgio and Elda Cozzani for the municipality of La Spezia in 1999, and among these works there are about three hundred drawings and paintings, in addition to about eighty pieces of sculptures and statues, along with many other drawings that are all related to the various artistic aspects of the twentieth century.
