Description of the place
Christiansholm Castle was built in 1672 AD as part of King Christian IV's plan to defend the city, and the castle has been subjected to many attacks since the date of its construction, and it is distinguished by its circular shape built of stone, and outside it there are old cannons that still exist to this day that were used To defend the city, today it has turned into a tourist attraction to see the remaining ruins and learn about its history, as it is used in cultural events and celebrations.
