Domaine des Tourelles

The Domaine de Torel wine factory was built in 1868 AD, with stone walls and wooden ceilings, according to traditional Lebanese architecture. The factory has gone through many expansions and renovations over the years. In the twentieth century, red roof tiles were added and the edifice took its final shape, which remains until today. The factory was built according to the design Intelligent ancestors to take advantage of the best external factors, and to maintain an ideal temperature throughout the year. The factory is characterized by concrete basins, which are rare in other factories, and which provide the best biological conditions for the natural wine-making process; Which preserves the authentic taste of "the land of Lebanon". Today, private visits to the winery are organized, where guests can admire its unique collection of vintage machinery.
