Ehmedek Castle

Ahmadak Castle was built to repel the aggressive attacks that were launched against the city with a distinctive design, and specially huge walls to withstand the cannons. The castle building consists of two separate sections, each with three towers. Larger stones were used than those used in other castles. There is an inscription in the frame on the outside of the western tower. Stonework from the Hellenistic period can be seen in the lower parts of the walls where the outer gate of the castle is located. on the western side.
