Erbdrosttenhof Palace is a unique masterpiece of its kind. It was built between 1753 and 1757 in the Baroque style, according to the design of architect Johann Conrad Schlaun. It is located in the heart of the city of Münster, and it is considered one of its most beautiful buildings. The outer part of it was rebuilt after the war. To serve as the State Office of Westphalia, and among its interior elements, the staircase and banquet hall on the first floor were restored to their former condition, and today the building is only accessible to the public during events hosted in the banqueting hall.
