Flinders Street Railway Station
Flinders Street Station is Australia's oldest railway station. With its prominent green copper dome, distinctive yellow façade, arched entrance, majestic spire and stately clocks, it is one of Melbourne's most popular attractions. Completed in 1910, the station's upper floors were built to house a library, gymnasium and lecture hall, and its main platform, at 708 metres, is the fourth tallest railway platform in the world.
