Folk and Ethnological Museum

It is the Folk and Ethnological Museum of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. It was established in 1973 by the Macedonian Educational Society. He collects, researches and studies remnants of the traditional culture of Macedonia and Thrace and presents them to the public in temporary exhibitions. His collections consist of about 15,000 items including (textiles, embroidery, local costumes, tools, weapons, household items, musical instruments, woodcarving, carpentry, and metalworking equipment). It also contains a specialized library, a photographic archive, a recording library, and an audio library.
