Fussingø

The ancient Fosingo Castle is located in the heart of the picturesque nature of Randers, surrounded by tall oak trees, as if it were a natural fortress of the castle. It was built in the fifties of the fifteenth century, by the ruling family, which remained in their custody for nearly 400 years. The castle was characterized by the Byzantine style of construction used in it, its vast area and its huge stones. The castle is surrounded by picturesque natural gardens, which were exploited by the state and made as parks and public gardens.
