Great Mosque Of Sfax

The Great Mosque of Sfax is the first mosque built in the historic city of Sfax, Tunisia, and it was built during the rule of the Aghlabids in Ifriqiya (Near Morocco) in the year 849 AD, the same year in which the city wall was built, and the construction of the mosque was commissioned specifically during the reign of the imam piercing He is a Maliki jurist from Kairouan.
