Great Synagogue
The Great Synagogue is a synagogue in Pilsen, and it was renovated several times throughout the ages, and although the exact time period for its construction is still under discussion, most scholars agree that it was built in the fourteenth century, and some base their assumptions - that it was built in That century - on the presence of a group of murals and tombs that closely resemble the details of the 12th century. This synagogue still maintains its beautiful Russian architecture, in which you find statues, tall towers, ornate windows, etc., and it is a landmark worth visiting if you are in the city.
