Description of the place
Grote Begenhof is a charming cobblestone "village" located in the center of Leuven, made up of a network of houses, small streets and green squares. The total area is about 3 hectares and it consists of about 300 apartments in about 100 houses mainly intended for communal housing. A well-preserved and completely renovated old quarter, Grote Begenhof Leuven is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
